Our Guarantee 

Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. We earnestly strive to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something which you will enjoy. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control, we welcome your comments and inquiries. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us immediately and we will promptly address your concern. 

We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery needs.  However, we are not always able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, especially during busy holiday periods.  To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance. 

                     Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location. 

Please note that all prices are presented in USD unless otherwise noted. 

 

Funeral Arrangements 

Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Saturday and Sunday deliveries may not always be available. 

 

Delivery to Hospitals 

We are experienced with hospital deliveries. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order. 

 

Delivery Policy 

Parker Blooms has a customer-centered delivery process, as follows:

Delivery drivers travel to the address provided by the sender.  Upon arrival, the delivery driver will knock on the door and attempt the delivery.  If there is no answer at the door, the driver will return to her/his vehicle and attempt to contact the recipient via phone or text with a notification they are at the location with a delivery from Parker Blooms.  The driver will wait a few minutes for a response from the recipient and arrangements will be made with the following options per consultations with the recipient:

  • Wait a few minutes until recipient can answer the door
  • Weather and safety of products permitting, leave the arrangement/gift item on the doorstep
  • Leave the arrangement with a specified neighbor
  • Bring the arrangement/gift back to the shop for pick-up by recipient at a later time

If the recipient does not respond with a 5 minute time frame to advise the driver on delivery instructions, the driver will attempt to contact the sender for preferences for the delivery.

If neither the recipient nor the sender are available to discuss delivery options, in most cases the driver will leave the arrangement/gift items on the doorstep, wrapped to the best of our ability to withstand conditions for up to 8 hours.

It is the sender’s responsibility to:

  • Ensure that the recipient is not out of town, as arrangements will not survive on a doorstep for more than 8 hours, no matter how well they are wrapped or shielded from the weather.
  • Ensure that Parker Blooms has been provided with the correct/current address of the recipient.

Parker Blooms will not provide replacements for items left when the recipient is out of town, if a wrong address is provided, or the item is stolen from the doorstep.

Any re-delivery as requested by sender or recipient once the item(s) are en route will result in an additional delivery fee with delivery attempted on the following business day. 

 

Anonymous Orders

We do accept orders with anonymous signatures, however, if the recipient requests the sender name, we do share this information.



Substitution Policy 

Fresh Flowers:  We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses.

Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible. 

Gift Items: Substitutions of gift items may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee a timely delivery for special occasions with a specific date (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, holidays).  If substitutions are needed and time allows, we will attempt to call the customer for consultation on the substitution, but we assume that of utmost importance is a delivery made on time; therefore we will make necessary substitutions as needed to get items delivered on a requested day. 

 

Cancellation 

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we cannot cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store at 303-841-5515. 

  

Floral Arrangement Replacements

We guarantee 100% satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with your floral arrangement, let us know within 24 hours of delivery, and we will offer you a full or partial replacement of your arrangement.  Under most circumstances, we do not offer refunds, but please call us to discuss your situation and the reason for your dissatisfaction.  We will try to make it right.  Our customers are important to us, and all reasonable requests will be considered.

As flowers are perishable, watering them is key to lasting quality.  It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement. 

It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient goes home early (if delivered to a workplace) or is out of town (for home deliveries), unbeknownst to us, it is not cause for refund or exchange as we have fulfilled our obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender.

 



Data Privacy

By ordering from our website, customer data such as name, address, email, phone number, and credit card will be securely saved within the order itself for processing purposes. If an account is created when checking out, the system will save this information to expedite future purchases. Checking out as a guest will cause the system to not retain this data outside of what is necessary for processing the specified order.

 

PCI Compliance

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information as additional protection against the decoding of that information by anyone other than us. However, despite all reasonable security precautions and processes, such as password protection, encryption technology, and use of firewall technology, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Site, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will take commercially reasonable precautions to protect its security on our systems.
